UBC is Looking for an Office Administrator

UBC is looking for a part time (15 hour a week) office administrator to join a dynamic team to carry out its mission.  The office administrator supports the mission by addressing building & maintenance needs, managing monthly finances in consultation with the finance team and staff, and assisting full time staff with day-to-day operations.  Literacy in the Microsoft Office suite and a high school diploma is required; experience with QuickBooks and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.  This job allows for flexible scheduling.  Compensation will be commensurate with experience.  Interested candidates can find a job description and an application by using the links below.  Return completed documents to andie@ubcwaco.org.
