1. How important is this building project to you on a scale of 1-5, (1 being not important and 5 being very important)?

5. Our architect Keith suggested that the cost of the addition will be $235 a sq. ft. The addition is about 5,300 sq. ft. That math means the addition will cost about $1.3 million. In addition to that we will have costs associated with the parking lots and the renovations on our existing building. Keith said he thinks that the whole project might be able to be done for $2 million, but he’d suggest $2.5 to be safe. The whole scope of this project can be done in phases, but to do all of it, we are looking at that kind of money. Knowing that do these numbers concern you?
