Friends, it is both with deep gratitude and sadness I report that our fearless and talented office administrator Risse is taking her talents elsewhere. Not since Tom Brady left the Patriots has such a loss been sustained. Still we look forward to new things and new seasons. UBC is looking for a part time (20 hour a week) office administrator to join a dynamic team to carry out its mission. The office manager supports the mission by addressing building & maintenance needs, managing monthly finances in consultation with the finance team, managing rental contracts, office administration and assisting full time staff with budget related needs. Literacy in the Microsoft Office suite and a highschool diploma required, experience with quickbooks and a bachelor's degree preferred. This job allows for flexible scheduling and work from home opportunities. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
